worst customer service and struts sold. Didn't even run for 2 days and started giving rattling noises. Cusotmer care charging $55 for warranty claim which doesn;t make any sense.
Ordered a nag1 transmission for my charger it arrived faster then expected my mechanic gets my old one out and upon preparing the new one he pulled the dip stick plug and it was caked with dirt (I took pictures) after cleaning that the trans went in no problem till he went to hook up the shifter cable to find out the trans has no great took videos of everything and forwarded them to Detroit axel and now I’ve been waiting days wondering what is going on while their tech looks at my videos of the garbage they sent me not happy... read more
Brought struts and shocks 11/20 they went bad company want me to pay to ship replacement parts to me spend 180.00 for less then 6 months of use then pay another 100 to ship it out piss poor company won't get any more business from me hope everyone else looks close to the warranty before buying from this company

I buy parts from you guys a lot never really had any issues until today. Got a cv shaft from you guys just to find out the threads got damaged. Now I’m stuck with a cv that I can’t put the axle nut on.. I really hope I get a response I wouldn’t wanna have to go someplace else with my business
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They show your part being shipped,so they can get your money then never ship part. I give them 0 stars.
Bought a Porsche Cayenne rack n pinion with sensor from Detroit axle, the rack came with No sensor even though the listing says...complete rack and pinion with sensor. I called and Detroit axle customer service said I had to send the whole rack back to get the sensor put on it. That is un-acceptable as I need transportation so I used the one from my factory rack with 140K on it. Over three days to package some brakes good price tho
Worst service and timing I've ever experienced 2 weeks after purchasing my rack and pinion it still has not left their facility. They are in no way attempting to right the situation as well. Hands down the worst experience I've had with a parts company.
