Ordered item on 3.17.21, received a UPS label created and tracking number the next day but it's now 4.7.21 and item has not shipped nor have I gotten a refund when requested.
Unable to get my order thru online and will not honor fb coupons over the phone! I have ordered parts from here for the last 5 years with no issues until this year. When I put my order in online I get a message saying no shipping method selected (which their is none to choose). My last 2 orders in Feb & May had to be done over the phone and they accepted my fb coupon however this last time I was told they would take my order over the phone but will not honor coupons. Fuckin junk parts
I ordered $325 worth of front end parts for my 96 Tahoe service vehicle and that was March 17, 2021. It’s now April 6,2021 and I have yet to receive my order. I check the ups number it’s showing shipped the only thing I received from Detroit axle is a 10%coupon and a note saying it’s gonna be shipped in 3-4 business days. So I’m guessing either they work 1 day a week or they don’t know how to be honest with a customer! Don’t put online product in stock if you can’t ship the product for months out! Installed new front wheel bearing and hub on my car, drove it less than 20 miles when I stated to feel something was wrong, by the time I got the car back to my garage to check, the hub was falling apart, grease was everywhere. Called Detroit Axle said they would send out new hub, so now I'm without the car and get to do the work all over again!! Thanks Detroit Axle!!! GREAT QC
I have bought parts from detroit axle for several years but after this encounter I don't think I will anymore. I placed an order for several parts on March the 17th one of the parts came to me like in 5 days, but after 2 plus weeks and 4 phone calls I still have received any of my other parts and was even told they haven't been pulled off the self. I have been trying to get my money back still haven't received it either this has been a totally bad experience!
I used Detroit axle to replace my transmission because they offered a three year warranty. but they dont stand behind it. They're going to send me the defective part and I have to pay a professional to install it. really great warranty guys thanks for nothing!! no stars from me Paul from GA.
Ordered parts on Saturday because they said they would arrive the following wednesday. It is now wednesday and the status of my order hasn't changed from paid. Two emails to customer support with no response..a call to customer support got mr 30 minute wait on the phone just so they could tell me their system was down and couldn't get me any info.
