As of 11/04 I have been given the run around. I called Detroit axle about a part for a customers car. I needed a steering rack for a Nissan 300ZX part number 610. I called and asked if that part was in stock and was told "Yes it is in stock, 100%" So I ordered it. I had my guy pull the car apart so when it came in we could install it. It came in and was the wrong part. I called and spent nearly 2 hours on the phone being told they could not send me a new one until after they received the wrong one. THIS PLACE IS A HONEST PERSONS NIGHTMARE, I ORDERED 205 WORTH OF BRAKES FOR MY GMC, WITH GUARANTEE DELIVERY DATE, PARTS WERE LATE NOT TO MENTION MISSING OVER HALF OF THE PARTS ORDERED. I bought 14pc front lower arm control kit for my 2005 Honda accord it was 8pc short. I sent them everything the ask for ie pictures and now they won't return my messages I'm getting frustrated. I just want what I paid for!!!!

Good parts! Horrible customer service. Been trying to get my refund from a part I returned weeks ago. Spoke with several people only to keep telling me something different. So just make sure you order what you need.

This place will rip you off. I ordered $200.00 worth of parts when I received my orders parts were missing and it's been over 2 weeks and I cannot get ahold of anyone from this place to refund my money. Bunch of thieves in my eys

Absolutely horrible customer service they do not answer the phones. No reason someone should have to wait 45+ minutes to talk to someone if they even ever answer. Does not matter what time of day you call still no answer. They don’t even deserve the 1 star.

This company is a fraud! If I could leave less than one star I would. I am not sure what has happened to this company but, I will never be buying again. The parts I have been receiving are extremely low quality on top of that, I receive brand new parts bad, right out of the box and they are now refusing to replace the part. They look like someone pulled them right out of a junkyard and spray painted them. Such poor quality and even worse customer service.
