Terrible customer service. Sitting on hold for over 30 minutes now and no email response for over 24 hours for just a question about my ordr shipping..TERRIBLE WAISTE OF TIME
My left strut ordered for my 2003 Camry was defective. They happily said they would credit my account if I mailed it back in to them. I promptly did so, made sure it was delivered. That was one month ago and I have not received a refund on my credit card. These things happen - yet Customer Service NEVER picks up. I have sent two emails - no response... Jill T. Ann Arbor
I ordered lower control arms for a 05 jeep liberty when I received the control arms they where for the top I called customer and listen to the next available song for 1 hour and 9 minutes after 48 minutes on the phone with a person they said yes our packaging department messed up I will put a note to make sure they send the LOWER control arms this time week later got the arms in and yet again they sent the very same ones ...the TOP control arms..talk about a shitty customer service never again
This company sucks they sent all wrong parts and now weeks later I am still trying to get a refund they don't even reply to emails
how hard is it to send tie-rods out for a 14 silverado? must take a rocket scientist or two at detroit axle. good prices? what good are they of the parts don't fit. i TRIED to bolted up a set of outer tie-rods from d.a. and the cotter pin was way far away from going through the castle nut. i got out a micrometer and discovered that d.a. tie rods measured .690 at their fattest point. stock chevy tie-rod was .750 where the knuckle contacts the tie rod. if i had gone down the road with these ill fitting parts, something bad wou... read more
No one will answer the phone line when called..kept hearing the same hold message for 15 mins. Email not responded to or chat feature on website. I'll wait to give my star rating once I speak with someone.....
This is a terrible company! You can't get through on the phone. I have called 3 times and each time I am on hold for over 25 mins waiting for a person and they never pick up! Maybe they will pick up for a lawyer since they took my money but haven't gotten the parts I ordered!
I bought a $1500+ transmission from this company and waited two weeks to receive it and get it in my van. Upon installation it wouldn’t work properly and so I reached out to the company. I towed it to a local dealership hoping it was a simple programming issue that could be fixed. It wasn’t. And now two weeks later after multiple calls from myself and my dealership Detroit axle refuses to contact either of us. I will be fighting hard for a refund and refusing to do business or recommend Detroit axle to anyone I know
They have great customer service when your spending money with them. As soon as you need to do a return the customer service is trash. Extremely long hold times, no response to emails, and once you get through on the line they hang up on you. I returned my item over 2 weeks ago. I confirmed it was received by them but still no refund and no communication from any of Detroit axle representatives. Will not recommend to anyone.
