Terrible experience so far. I was looking for a pair of new rotors, and naturally started with Amazon. Detroit Axle was on there, showing 6-7 days to have the product delivered, and that was WITH PRIME membership. Decided to purchase directly from DA. It’s been now 5 days; tracking number they provided shows that the item hasn’t even arrived at the shipping facility. Customer Service is nonexistent. First and last time to give my business to them.
I broke down in Detroit. Mi in which I ordered parts for my vehicle. I left a note in the section stating that I wanted my parts delivered to Detroit not my home address in Elmira Mi. Seems like someone didn't read the note now i have to pay ups for redirection of my parts cause I'm broke down in detroit and my parts are a 3 hr drive from where I'm at. Thanks Detroit Axle
After leaving review you are told to contact office. I have been doing that but yet NO ONE ANSWERS!
No one ever answers the phone or responds to emails. Order was placed over three weeks ago and still have not received it yet.
THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH!!! Returned my wrong parts and placed an order with a customer service representative to be sent to me when my return was received. I know that the return was received YET, I have received no replacement order OR a refund!! I get an email telling me to call them and I have everyday for a week... I sit on hold for an hour and get “disconnected” as soon as I finally get my call answered...I mean WTF NOW???!!!
I have ordered from them a couple of times and they were good. But the last order was missing parts and I have been on hold for 1.5 hours waiting for someone to help me. Good prices lousy customer service.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THIS IS THE SECOND TIME ORDERING PARTS AND THEY SENT THE WRONG PARTS AGAIN WHEN YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU ARE PUT ON HOLD THEN NO ANSWER I TRULY HATE THIS COMPANY!!! DO NOT BUY HERE ORDER FROM A TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY 😡😡😡

For my small business it was very convinient to buy from the same good quiity products. Over the years I bought it a few times from the detroit axle. On 9/1 I bought a set for TL, received for civic. I started the return, and lost traction of it, when discovered that the seller wouldn't take a return, mail would keep it at the mail station, then repeated it 3 times, I made a claim through the ebay to which they said time of return expired.
