I bought a transmission, had it sent to the transmission shop. The owner of the transmission shop and myself have called several times because there's and issue. We've both been told a Detroit Axle technician would be calling Dave the owner of Dave's Auto & Transmission to trouble shoot the issue. It's been almost a week and still no call. We've both tried calling even more and we sat on hold for an hour 2x with nobody picking up...what's going on here? I've also sent 2 emails to your customer service email address.

I called to see what would happen, because I wasn't happy with the service I received. (1) The first time I called, I was put on hold for 30 minutes. Customer service is horrible.. They need to hire more people for customer service. Wait time is 30min to hour.

I have called repeatedly to try an exchange a part that was purchased for my vehicle. It has been over almost a month since I sent an email to ask for an exchange. This company has never responded to my inquiries. I feel the Level of customer service is Very poor and will gladly tell all of the mechanics I network with NOT to purchase even a spark plug from this company.

Are you guys out of business or something? ive called, emailed, used your website contact feature, NOTHING! you cant even respond to my emails? i placed an order two weeks ago and it still has not shipped!? please either ship it or refund me my money so i can go buy shitty Moog components. i thought i was helping out a historic local company, but maybe I should have just given my money to Moog.  Please reply so we can set this right! Very very very bad I cannot express what happened. I made an order on 09-24-2020 and the order was returned 3 times from the courier and I asked the customer service to cancel the order and returned my order and now I have 10 days and I did not receive the amount 480 usd and contact customer service and put me on hold More than 40 minutes and the cost of this call is not less than 10 usd, and this call was repeated more than 10 times during this month. Detroit Axle - 12PC Front Upper Control Arm w/Ball Joints, Sway Bar Links and Tierods Kit for 92-94 Chevy Blazer 4WD - [88-94 K1500] - 88-94 K2500 - [92-94 K1500 Suburban] - 92-94 GMC Yukon 4WD Purchased this July of 2019. Nice price, However 2 of the boots 1 upper and 1 lower that hold grease have torn which means failure is soon. Probably should have went with moog.
