I ordered 2 shocks and they sent me 2 different parts - one was used and not even in plastic cover. I was waiting for it for a week. After returning the parts I have to wait another week to get the ( I hope ) 2 same shocks. Last time dealing with service like that

I have had two orders in the past 3 weeks with DA. The first order took 5 days to arrive and was not shipped two day delivery. Their site states FAST FREE 2-DAY SHIPPING on all orders. This was a steering rack. I installed the new rack, had the frontend aligned and the steering shaft started to leak. Provided proof of leak on a Friday and they setup a replacement order. Now I am waiting for the replacement steering rack. Order placed on the previous Friday and finally got movement with FedEx and will be delivered on Friday.... read more

Don't purchase from this company! I was sent the incorrect brake parts...which were returned unused once the installer discovered Detroit Axle's error. No refund was given. Stay away from Detroit Axle: they say customer service is important. But when this company makes an error, the customer pays for it. Horrible company, stay away from Detroit Axle. Stick with a company that cares about the customer and will correct an error made by Detroit Axle.

ordered a front end kit for my wifes gmc acadia.. the sway bar links have the plastic lock nuts not castle and codder pin. they do not lock and i have to tighten them twice a week cuz the keep coming undone. even though its been over a month of delivery they are trying to make me pay for shipping. send faulty equipment and make us pay 15 more for them.. i definitelyy dont suggest this company go with a premium they have no issue handling theur buisness the right way. what a joke this company is do not order their pa... read more

I returned a set of rotors unused in the original packaging just removed and replaced in box shipped back. These guys claim that they are used and refuse a credit or refund. Now I am out the cost and no product. Too many choices to buy here. My loss don't make to same mistake

I ordered rear rotars and brake pads for my 2015 Tundra. I ordered them on a Thursday, which two day shipping would mean I should get them on Monday. Guess what??? I got them on Wednesday, FOUR BUSINESS DAYS LATER. What a joke

Junk, they do not stand behind their product. Stay away from Detroit Axle. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you don't believe me, do your own research and look at all the people saying the same thing. I wish I would have seen this before wasting my money on a product I cannot use, and they will not replace.

Do not buy from this company. They took my sons money and have never shipped his order. It has been over two weeks that he has been without his truck while waiting on the parts he paid Detroit Axle for. They give tracking numbers then tell you the order keeps getting lost when there is no movement. They blame Fed Ex for losing the product. Customer service just lies and lies. Promises call backs and never calls.

I do not recommend this company or the defective parts. Extremely rude! Unwilling to help and replace the parts that broke in less then 30 miles of use. Both Cv axles leaked immediately and the wheel hub stud broke. Not willing to replace the parts and blamed me for improper installation. I've been doing this for 27 years. Never had this issue or such poor service in my life. Spent hours on the phone trying to get a supervisor on the phone and no one was willing to help.
