I have ordered a lot of parts from these guys and have been very satisfied with them until now. I ordered new front axles for a 2006 Ram 2500 and they were machined incorrectly and almost welded themselves to the front axle housing. I have no issue with the parts but the "free 2 day shipping on all orders" is a complete lie. It's been 2 days since I placed an order and it hasn't even shipped out yet. Only order from here if you've got all the time in the world to wait for your parts.

It's been 4 weeks and 5 phone calls trying to get my money refunded for parts the were not shipped. Every customer service representative I talked to gave me different stories as to when I should see the refund. I have not seen a penny of if yet. Don't bother wasting your money or time buy from this place. I've had better luck with Rock Auto who will continue to get my business. Free shipping doesn't mean much when you don't receive your orders or a refund.

Very unhappy with customer service experience. I placed an order for a 4 pc strut and shocks kit on Thursday. Shipment arrived Monday but one strut had been left off the order. It wasn't an oversight because the packaging slip showed 2 shocks and 1 strut were shipped. I called 8am Tuesday and was told I would receive the other shipment in 2 to 3 business days. Do not order from them. "Two day shipping guarentee" was a week. They provided poor customer service.

Initially had a great experience was sent the correct parts in a timely fashion with updates throughout. Until the second go around when I needed another part to fix my rear brakes...was told I ordered the wrong part even though my year make and model had already been entered from the get go. Have since had to send the INCORRECT part back TWICE over while being told I ordered the wrong part for a vehicle I have never owned in my lifetime. How anybody gave these Jokers more than one star I have no idea. Absolutely the worst company I've ever had dealings with. Got a fun end kit for my F250 arrived two weeks late and missing all but two parts in the kit went back and forth with them trying to get my parts or money back no luck on either. Do not buy from these people they are scum!
