2 weeks on the truck and the brake rotor snapped in half while on the freeway and when you try to speak to a supervisor CS says no. Get Better
Can't give it a zero star apparently. Ordered needed parts with understanding ships same day. 3 days later never left factory. On hold for an hour and canceled order and was told full refund as it never shipped. almost 2 weeks now and now refund. Might be fraudulent company.
Poor customer service. I have attempted to reach out by chat, email and phone with no luck. No response by email or chat. When I was able to reach someone by phone, they couldn't find out why I hadn't received my order and promised they would get back to me within 30 minutes. It has now been over 2 hours later and still nothing. No acceptable.
Wrong parts shipped 3 times. Same exact wrong parts 3 times. Poor procedure or lack of training is ridiculous. Someone should be fired for this incompetence. Then to try to tell me a dodge Dakota shock will enterchange with my 3/4 ton ford truck is poor business practice. This company is costing me money daily and have proven to be worthless. Not even worth a half star.
My parts are supposed to be delivered on the eighth not shipped on the eighth you’ve wasted four days of my time you need a new warehouse manager get somebody they can read the entire order. You guys want to launch an investigation onto why your employees aren’t doing their job. In the meantime you’re holding up my work in my bank I’m losing money on vehicles. Terrible. Ordered rear shock strut package had a bad part so called for replacement & they sent wrong part. Called for replacement & it’s been 2wks still waiting. Will never order from them again.
