Very Mis leading site information as it says free two day delivery. My order was placed on Wednesday April 16th then wasn't even shipped until 5 days later. Now six days after order placed tracking information shows expected delivery April 24th. If i knew delivery was going to take longer then a full week I would have ordered elsewhere.

Last time I order from Detroit axle they need to change there 2 day fast free delivery to you'll get it when you get it think they ment to put 2 week delivery. Decide to try out Detroit axle because I only have 1 vehicle which is my daily driver. I had planned to get my vehicle done according the fast delivery placed the April 12th 2025 its now the 19th still no parts and now tracking says it'll be here until Tuesday the 22nd I even had call them so they could contact there warehouse to release my order as well.

Beware beware beware beware do not buy these parts do not think about installing these on your car or anyone else's reasons why Parts made in China poor quality craftsmanship overpriced parts poor customer service unless you are buying a part no damage warranty claims to be made Bad Company could buy from do not buy from Detroit Axle I have a VIP account and they have lost all of my purchases and warranty information and do not recognize me at this time buyer beware

Ordered parts for my truck on Tuesday as of Friday .. my parts are in the warehouse according to their customer service. so much for 2 - day shipping. He doesnt know what happened but i MIGHT see my parts this coming up week. So shipping is now 7-days at best.

This is the worst experience ever!! I've been waiting over two weeks for my parts and still nothing!! Every time I call they tell me its on the way and refuse to let me speak with a manager. Im missing money everyday my truck is in the shop and they dont give a shit!! I'll never use this company and I warn anyone else not to use them either!

2 weeks on the truck and the brake rotor snapped in half while on the freeway and when you try to speak to a supervisor CS says no. Get Better

Can't give it a zero star apparently. Ordered needed parts with understanding ships same day. 3 days later never left factory. On hold for an hour and canceled order and was told full refund as it never shipped. almost 2 weeks now and now refund. Might be fraudulent company.
