Returned part that was missing ABS sensor, Came as a set with lower ball joints. When I reached out to get the return shipping label. Took over a Week to reach back out to me just with the label attached nothing else. Then when they received the parts they said I only sent back half the order, I sent back the complete original order, Now calling me a Liar. This time they failed miserably. Order placed late on the 13th. Stated arrival on Sunday. Chat on Monday to find the order. Still not shipped till Wednesday, it left TX who knows where it is now. I bought for fast shipping , Now I can not get it to the mechanic till Monday next week cause they are closed on Friday Thanks for nothing Detroit axle. You failed to place the order in a timely manor and to ship it acording to you standard.

I ordered struts from Detroit Axle on June 4th. I did not receive my struts until June 17th. I gave Detroit Axle the one star not because of the product but of the lack customer service. No one knew where my product was in their warehouse and when it was located the shipping of the struts were horrible. I received updates of it was shipped then it will be delivered on this day between 10 am to 2 pm then updated to 4 pm to 6 pm then by the end of the day. ordered on 6/12/25 my order is supposed to be delivered today 6/18/25. received an email on 6/16/25 saying my order had shipped and gave me tracking information. FedEx has not received my package. I have called everyday. On 06/17/25 I was told that my package had shipped and I would have to wait 48 hours for the FedEx system to update. Liars they don’t respond to you. They sent out wrong parts. They are not leaders. They are not leaders in the auto parts industry or even serving to the people when they can’t respond they’re a bunch of losers. They need to close their doors go ahead and order from them. I love it how they show 01 stars and two stars cause I know there’s others from reading on Facebook, but I will post everywhere. I can on my experience. They state the third leaders number one and they can’t return messages bunch of losers.

I wouldnt buy from this company. Parts are cheaply made. I bought some struts and the gave out less than 2 months after replacing. The parts that bolted to the control arm just bent outwards. Now they want me to pay 74 more fucking dollars for a part that came in defective on their part. I urge you stay away and find somewhere where they have better quality parts.

I bought lower control arms for a 2011 chevy silverado installed them and after 1 week I noticed a clunk in the front when turning wheels all the way one direction. After three week found it difficult to keep truck straight checked over and noticed bushings pulling through control arm total junk will never buy from Detroit again 😑 I had to give a star to submit otherwise I wouldn't have
