Absolutely HORRIBLE Experience!!! My "new" steering rack started making noise a few months after I purchased it. My mechanic discovered that the bushings in the rack failed. The "LIFETIME WARRANTY" requires me to pay shipping both ways and a 75% core deposit. And the replacement part has NO WARRANTY. I paid $1100 labor to have it replace with a faulty part. Now I have to pay another $1100 labor to have the work done again.

Worst quality and won't cover warranty. They come up with multiple excuses. I bought a strut 2 months ago, and it already needs to be replaced.

These people lie lie lie. I ordered on the 30th free 2 days shipping stated on webs9te ... guess what... its the 3rd now and my package should be here... guess what... nope only a shipping label had been made so far. Your a fucking joke of a company. You state lies and then don't want to own up to it.

If I could give Detroit Axle zero stars , I WOULD!!! Thier axels are DEFECTIVE and they do NOT HONOR THEIR RETURN POLICY. I paid extra to have them installed and they LEAKED!!! THey would NOT hear my complaint or listen to my request for a FULL REFUND!! DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS AS THEY ARE VERY DECEPTIVE AND DISHONEST BUSINESS OWNERS!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!! JC

I'll start this one off like most, if I could give a lower score I would, 1 star is a bit much. Ordered struts from DA on ebay, both trusted sources. We installed the struts and less than 90 days in they are bottoming out and making noise. Diagnosed by our in house certified technicians as defective. Ebay's return date has passed so we contacted DA direct. All we have gotten is the run around, want us to pay freight to ship the new struts to us, struts that are defective. AWFUL COMPANY, AWFUL EXPERIENCE My son ordered parts from this place, and they came incomplete and damaged. After he took pictures and jumped through hoops, they said they would reship them. He actually called, asking if he could just purchase direct, they said yes. He drove to their Ferndale location, an hour away, and when he arrived, they said he had to order from the warehouse. Look into the reviews. They are fake accounts and the response from the company is copy and pasted on every response. This company SUCKS they buff the reviews and boost fake ones!

I would give Them 0 stars if possible. You are extremely lucky to get any parts let alone what you ordered from them. I have ordered 4 or 5 times and had 4 or 5 pretty decent issues. They like to send 2WD parts for 4WD vehicles and here recently I have been getting the wrong “weighted items” but never being asked the weight of my vehicle when purchasing? Customer service takes AT LEAST HALF AN HOUR each time, you have to wait weeks to get your parts and hope like hell they are right or you know your vehicle is sitting broken... read more
