They advertise same day 2 free shipping. Next if after 2pm. It took 14 days before receiving. 10 for them to ship it. Label made the 7th day then took 4 more days, to get to FedEx. Shipping was regular ground ship. NOT 2 days. It took 4 days to get here. Below they will copy post the same BS apology. This company is the WORST! No customer service what so ever. C/S is argumentative and accusing and has NO desire to address the buyer's concern. I purchased quick struts from here and there were several concerns. The struts were defective and noisy. Customer service claimed they were installed wrong and I would need to get a mechanics report on the issue. I requested the mech, report form and was told they don't have those. I ordered parts on Wed Apr 30th around 12 noon. According to the website, they offer "FAST FREE 2-DAY SHIPPING on all orders". My parts were not even shipped out until noon May 5th. I realize this includes a weekend, however I placed my order and expected it to ship out immediately and receive it in 2 days not wait for it to be given to FedEx after 2 full days. Not 2 day shipping. It has been 4 days since I placed the order and it hasn't even been shipped yet. Also had to reach out with customer service to even receive an order number and tracking number as they just took my money and didn't confirm the order.. never again.

I ordered a package of rotors, brake AND brake pads and they send us the wrong parts two times!!! 1st set paid full price for package Second time got them wrong, I provided VIN Number, how can they get it WRONG??? This is ridiculous This time said that they do not have brakes AND brake pads for my mustang so they were going to send me only the rotors this time. This is the first time that I have ordered from Detroit Axle. I sent in a chat and never got a answer back. I call and was put on hold for 20 min. and I gave up. So I put a order in thinking it will be 2 day delivery to find out that it will take 4 days. Not a good start

These people do not deserve a star. They are horrible. They robbed you for your money. I returned two axle and these people only gave me my money back for one. Please do not buy from them. Then it took almost three to have my money refund and not all the money. This company is a ripped off. Do not purchase anything from them. Horrible customer service.

Absolutely NO 2 day shipping! If you want to wait forever on your parts then order from here. Ordered from them because the website says 2 day shipping on all orders. I am only 4 1/2 hours from Detroit, but my order had to ship from Texas (4 days after I placed it). Got 2 of the 3 boxes a week and half later, and the 3rd box has been stuck in MO for 4 days now. Beware! And can never get a hold of anybody at the company to find out what is going on.
