Look into the reviews. They are fake accounts and the response from the company is copy and pasted on every response. This company SUCKS they buff the reviews and boost fake ones!

I would give Them 0 stars if possible. You are extremely lucky to get any parts let alone what you ordered from them. I have ordered 4 or 5 times and had 4 or 5 pretty decent issues. They like to send 2WD parts for 4WD vehicles and here recently I have been getting the wrong “weighted items” but never being asked the weight of my vehicle when purchasing? Customer service takes AT LEAST HALF AN HOUR each time, you have to wait weeks to get your parts and hope like hell they are right or you know your vehicle is sitting broken... read more

I am writing to urgently request a phone call today regarding a serious matter. I have attempted to contact your team for several days without success, and your excessively long hold times have made it nearly impossible to speak with someone directly. Another ball joint I purchased from your company through Amazon has failed. As a result, my vehicle has been deemed a total loss by my insurance company. This is the third time I have experienced a failure involving your ball joints. I am extremely concerned, as these incident... read more

Beware – Shady Business Practices and Zero Accountability #1921448 I’m absolutely disgusted with how Detroit Axle handled my return. I sent back a set of brake pads and rotors in brand new, unused condition—and they had the audacity to claim the parts were “used” just so they could deny a full refund. To make matters worse, they then told me the returned parts had been thrown away. Seriously? This is either blatant incompetence or a calculated scam to avoid issuing refunds. Either way, it’s unethical and completely unaccep... read more

1997 Chrysler LHS - They sent me struts for a 1999 and they refuse to make the order right, claiming the time to return has expired. The parts were placed in the trunk for a little over a month. The car was then taken to the shop were it sat for another month before the mechanic could get to it. The car is on the lift with the suspension disassembled, only to discover the parts are wrong. They refuse to provide the correct parts. Is this the kind of company you want to deal with?

I purchased Struts for my Chrysler 1997 LHS. I received them in a timely manner. I put them in them trunk of the car. One month later I gave the car to my mechanic. He sat on the job for a month. He put the car on the lift and disassembled the suspension. Opened the boxes only to discover that they sent me struts for a 1999. I attempted to swap the wrong struts for the correct ones and they refused to do so saying that I only had one month to exchange the parts. I am irate! they expect me to eat $400 because they sent me t... read more

I placed my order on 5/20/25 online and the delivery date was to be 5/22/25. I went online this morning to see the progress and the order was still on on hold. When I called the help desk, the gentleman had to go in and process the order. So when I asked if it was going to be delivered by tomorrow I was told no. So I canceled the order. Now I have to wait 2-3 bus days for my money to be refunded. I have already ordered through Amazon and will receive them by tomorrow. If you state that you can ship products by a certa... read more

Detroit Axle was not capable of correctly filling an order of a kit they sell. After requesting a refund for one of the two LH parts they sent, they are only offering a "store credit". They are failing to comply with their return policy. They couldn't get the first order correct, why would I order from them again. Total waste of time and money

Beware of this company. We ordered a dual brake pad kit and got the wrong parts. It was packed up and sent back for a refund for what I assumed would be the amount we paid + tax ($89.54 + tax). After weeks of waiting, many emails and phone calls, someone finally answered. He stated he would review the return (?? shouldn't that have been done a couple of weeks ago when they got the return?). The amount refunded back into our account was $76.46. Not the amount we paid plus tax. I will not order from this company again, nor wi... read more
