If I could give them zero stars, I would. I ordered axles and they sent me axles appear to have goff squeezing out of the boots and in the boot folds. The oil seal areas have been painted over, and one old seal is still on the axle and painted over. Also provided the incorrect axle nuts. Could have done a better rebuild in my gravel driveway. This is unacceptable. The only thing more unacceptable than this is their customer service. I have been trying to contact the company for 2 weeks so far.

Do not buy from this seller they sent me the wrong parts for my car I return parts and they only issued 69.99 of the 199.00 stating a restocking fee of 133.00. When amazon reach out about the restocking fee they lied and stated I didn't return all the parts which is a complete lie. Everything they sent me was return unused. Still in the same box they sent it to me. Customer service is terrible. Can not get anyone to answer my messages, emails, or calls to customer service. I just get put on hold waiting for help and no answers after waiting 20 minutes each time. I was just trying to exchange a part for the correct one.

Worst online auto parts retailer by far. Junk parts, terrible customer service, awful refund policy. Had two steering racks fail in under a week. No refund. If you buy here I'm sure you'll regret it.

Order placed 3/22/25 Shipment created 3/24/2025 Order did not ship until 3/26/2025, after I contacted you asking when it would be shipped. It took me 2 days of continued calling, trying the "LIVE chat" and messaging to finally get someone to find my order and make it available for the daily FedEx pickup. This order did not arrive in time, so I no longer need the order. The original arrival date was 3/26/2025 - I needed these items by today - 3/28/2025.
