placed an order yesterday suppose to ship out yesterday since I ordered before 2pm there telling me Monday I might receive shipping number they need to update there site if 2 day delivery means once warehouse workers get there fingers out of there azz is processe it then it's 2 days

shipping sucks ordered at 945 am was told it would that day 3 days later still nothing people u talk to cant explain why web site says order before 2pm ships out that day told them all that now says once it leaves the warehouse takes 2 days so warehouse can take 7 months to ship but once they do u get in two days

I am very dissatisfied with your service. You get 0 stars. You said you had 2 day delivery. I ordered Monday. On Tuesday your site said it had not shipped. I called and was assured that it would arrive Thursday. The part did not arrive. I called this morning and the rep said the part has not shipped yet and would arrive next Tuesday. You should NOT guarantee 2 day shipping if you can not deliver. At least communicate to customer. I have to have my car for work Monday. I called customer services today because I needed to return a wrong rack I bought on eBay, and the guy who answered the phone told me there were two types of parts for my car. The problem is that eBay didn't have that variation in the product. I bought the product that fit my vehicle. Now they won't take it back. The guy was unwilling to help me with my situation when I paid for the product. I received crappy service.

A failed company and they do not adhere to deadlines. I bought parts from them and they said they would arrive in two days, but they did not arrive until 9 days later. I recommend them.
