Scammer Took my money the day I placed the order then pretended to ship it through FedEx. FedEx hasn't received anything from This Scammer (Detroit Axle) after 3 days they claim it will arrive today although it hasn't even been delivered to FedEx. Do NOT buy anything from them because they will take your hard earned $$ and you will have to contact your Financial Institution to report FRAUD ..... what a Head ache!
As a long time customer to Detroit axle and once a huge fan. I have finally been scammed by these people as they won't do any thing to help with a order that has failed to reach me. I have called both Detroit axle as well as FedEx. Detroit axle told me to continue to wait another 24hr to see if the tracking will update with FedEx. I ordered a complete set of brake parts. My order was split into three shipments. Two of three shipments arrived. Third shipment has never left the warehouse. I’ve called several times with many different excuses. I am still waiting for a refund on the rest of my order. I have ordered, received and installed parts from another supplier. Horrible Customer Service and had to pay for warranty shipping on a 5 month old part. Would not recommend this company.
We ordered an Axle, for my daughter's car on 3/2, was emailed on 3/4 saying the part had shipped, but when trying to track part it shows label created and that's all. Finally decided to email the Detroit 3/7 to check on part and was told that the warehouse was checking on it and would let me know. 2 days they still have not canceled my order nor refuned my money. Never got my part now I can't get my refund. I am going to have to files a dispute wuth my bank. I am also going to report them to the BBB. I have called them 7 times never got my part after they sent me a tracking # saying it was shipped. 9 days have past no part no refund.
Hello Amazon: I believe you should investigate Detroit Axle as to whether or not they are a good vendor to Amazon and whether or not they are providing quality OE Spec parts to Amazon and not some cheaply made product that can cause a serious car accident because their parts do not meet those OE Specs. So after I ordered my part, they gave me a tracking # and said it was shipped. Says Free 2 days shipping on all orders. Said it would arrive by March, 10, 25. So it did not arrive on 3-25? I checked the tracking, it said not transfered to FedEx. I called customer service they said they would see what was going on and to call back in 24 hrs.
