A Must for you business I currently work for a company where we have to keep in touch with our clients frequently. Dialpad comes in handy when reaching out to these clients either by phone or text. The fact it is voip is extremely handy has i need to use it at all time and my phone signal isnt always great , The mobile app is extremly hand also. Its also extremely user friendly . Any issues i have had have been solve very quickly and efffiencuntly

Dialpad Review It has all the features centralized. It also allows for great reporting. You can create teams and assign workers for different areas of the operations. There are some issues with dropped call and the product does however allow you to reconnect a call to a client. The voicemail drops are great along with controlling inbound call routing. The system is easy to use and we dont take advantage of all the features so I am sure there is more we an learn.

DialPad is a great product for our company size and love it remote funcionality We have been using DialPad for a few months now and we unfortunately have to go through Service Titan for all of our inquiries. Service Titan will not allow us to go directly to Dialpad. We would prefer to deal with Dialpad for all of our inquires, customer support and questions. System has great potenatial Dial Pad has many days where it goes down or there is a lag, causing for us to lose customer contact and they complain about the quality of the phone services.

Overall experience with Dialpad I think overall experience is good and whenever I had issues with my Dialpad, I would reach out to my manager and they would follow up with you all to make sure everything gets taken care of/fixed without a problem within a day.

Great for Standard Operations The overall application itself is very user friendly when it comes to day-to-day functions for all call center agents when completing inbound and outbound calls. The support they provide is very helpful when it comes to problems that are encountered with the desktop app or the integrated app.

Very helpful product I do not have any issues with the product. It tends to work very well for me. Occasionally it does crash and not rig but overall it does well.

Easiest Call Application I Have Used Dialpad is extremely easy to use. Its intuitive. So much easier to use than the service at my last company.

Great product...when it works. Overall a clunky experience throughout. The product is great, what it requires to make it a great product is the tough. Every single person who has Dialpad has had issues, it's not by any stretch of the imagination a "set it up and go" product. Various factors like internet speed, computer speed, whether or not the computer has recently been rebooted, if there's audio problems, etc. all contributed to an experience that I wish was better. When it does work, however, it works well.
