Lots of room for improvement The features and support for an organization size like ours leave much to be desired. This critical downfall seems to have been misrepresented during initial negotiations.
Dialpad service review Overall, I enjoy using Dialpad. As we moved into our new building there were some connectivity issues and calls were dropped randomly, which may not have been the fault of Dialpad. There hasn't been any issues probably in the last 9 months. The Meeting feature isn't one that I have used much since we use Google Meet for either our team meetings, or for prospect demo appointments.
Dialpad Review Dialpad has had ups and downs for our team. The call quality and recorded call/transcript feature is nice, but we do have issues with calls routing to us and issues with the callback service
great and efficient product Love all the integrations dialpad can be used in. Makes it easy and quick for calls. Easily accessed on the mac as well. Great placed to keep things organized
I don't think this survey was meant for me Overall Dialpad has been a good way to connect to customers, This survey seems to be for senior leaders that made the decision to implement Dialpad, I am just an end user.
Good Service Overall, we are pleased with Dialpad Contact Center. Of course there are times when the system is faulty but the support is quick and always friendly.
Overall great experience Overall the experience has been positive. We had a few hiccups with implementation which is to be expected when transferring over to a new service.
Best friend a Sales person can ever have! :) Most of the times dialpad is my best friend at work, and incredibly crazy when it is not working is even worst than when social media is off.
App Has its Hiccups, but The Dialpad Team Rocks! Dialpad has it's golden start moments, however, it's not always the most user friendly application, and I've run into issues that have made it tough for me to do my job. Outside of that, though. The website is easy to navigate, and the process in getting support was simple and quick. The customer service was incredible, when I needed tech support, they were incredibly responsive and efficient. While the app has it's hiccups, the team did me good!
