Give Dialpad a try for better customer service! Dialpad creates internal and operational efficacies as well as customer service and customer relation with easy of use. Being able to listen to calls in real time and have discussion in-house on how calls should be handled are one of the better features created by using Dialpad. Great program, easy navigation and all in all exceptional experience using dialpad! All in all, I believe this is one of our best phone systems Orangutan has had since I started 13 years ago!
Dialpad Service Dialpad could improve within their desk top application. There are situations when the app will kick reps off line. Also making sure their are no lags within the application or website. Overall we love the functionality and hope that it only gets better!
Super happy with this service, can't wait until it's absolutely perfect! Dialpad is usually always fantastic! The calls are clear, the controls are easy to manage. The only thing that isn't exactly perfect is the transcripts. It would be really nice to establish transcription in Spanish as well
Solid choice for you! Dialpad is a great app for taking phone calls. Although it does have a few glitches once in a while, such as kicking you off the Q, or not alerting you when there's a phone call, overall it does its job very effectively.
It's solid but unspecactular. It's ok. Requested a feature to take notes within the app itself while making a call and was told that was not going to be added. I understand that they're leaning heavily on the automatic transcription but that's hit or miss at best.
Customer Service Representative The system runs smooth and no lagging hen taking calls or transferring to another caller. Also the layout of the app makes it much easier to work.
I use Dialpad daily I love using Dialpad & truthfully have never had any issues with my experience. I use the platform for inbound and outbound calls and the workflow has always been slick.
