Love almost everything about this except calling transfetring and holding. i love this app and it has made my job much easier. But it takes forever to transfer calls and almost all of the time it freezes and I have to sit there waiting for minutes with customers on the phone trying to transfer them or take them off hold. THere is also a huge delay when we answer the phone, the customers can't hear us for up to 10 seconds then the call cuts in. Overall strong I am able to track my metric easily, but at times the system glitches. Tracking myself as well as my team is smooth. Allows my superiors to gain better insight into my work for evaluation.
