Overall Great Product Dialpad is a good product that allows collaboration and coaching in a very user friendly manner. I love how easy it is to review calls with the team or participate in live call coaching
Functional product, easy to use! User interface is Amazing! DialPad does what it is supposed to! Also has seamless integration with our call audit software. This is used for calls and messaging within our team as well as the greater organization! DialPad has had outages, but has also provided a means to resolve the issue and tech support was there to provide effective answers.
Great call center meets our primary needs. Very satisfied with Call Center product to meet our requirements for our internal IT Service Desk call center. Very flexible and agile configuration with great breadth of options.
Very well developed We needed a cloud based call center suite for our sales team since we were going to be working from home during the pandemic and our VPN was not cutting it. After demoing with a few vendors we decided on Dialpad as it was the easiest and most simple to integrate
Great product! Overall no problems! Have not needed to use any services like helpdesk but if i did i know the contact to reach out to. otherwise system works as intended
Great phone system and great for a enterprise organization Dialpad has been a great improvement over our prior phone system. It integrates stronger to our CRM and makes it easier to track our metrics on a daily basis

Overall, excellent software. Recommend for businesses large and small. Overall, we have had few issues with the software since its implementation. The few hangups we've had have been handled promptly and efficiently. We are pleased.
It's ok It's been ok, getting started was far more complicated then should be. Sometimes it doesn't connect to calls and patients can't get through to my line which is frustrating
