Replying to the reply I got from Dialpad. The issue exists both on the app and on the browser. Whether I'm at home connected to my wifi (800Mbps 30ms Ping) or on my computer that has a wired connection, there is always issues. Ringers are set to max seconds. Calls only ring 4 times. And when you pick up, they don't connect. If your app isn't good on the go with HD calling, then you shouldn't release it and advertise it as a feature. Subpar company with subpar service.
Terrible customer service. Little to no help. Presented the problems with no solutions, result was immediate cancellation of subscription. Solved my problems at the end of the day.
Worst company ever, i singed up and they took my card and i am not able to use app because of unknown reason and rebeca the chat support was the most rude and unable to help new Customers i mean they do not know how to handle new busines... Beaware of this fraud app

Terrible app. What kind of idiot would pay money for this when google voice is free. Interface is more annoying than useful. Edit: the developer responded to my review to deflect blame on to my internet connection. He said he will be honest, which seems like a dishonest thing to say. The fact that is simple. Google voice works fine on my cellphone and is free. Your app does not work as advertised. Also you user interface asks me to rate the call quality after every call. So annoying and useless

Downloaded app for a meeting where the client is hosting it on this platform. Dialpad absolutely requires registration as well as a paid (or trial) account to even use. Can't just simply join someone's meeting. Useless to have an app for an outside party if all parties require a registered account.
Dropped calls. Horrible connections. All in all frustrating Experience.
