Dialpad Survey Comments: Great tool - easy to use, easy to navigate, worth the time spending whenever i use it on my work. Can't ask for more.
Sanford Review Pros: It is easy to deploy but to be honest that's about it at the moment. I can see it's value if it worked properly but at the moment it is not working well for us. Cons: See above Overall: So far it hasn't been great. The users don't find it easy to use and we have had numerous problems with the first site rollout (40 issues logged). We have halted rollout pending issue resolution.
Nice Product Comments: Overall this is a very nice product. I used to work for Vonage Business where I was the product owner for their web based soft phone, so I feel like I'm pretty well versed in softphone functionality. It would be nice if there was an emoji library that allowed you to select emojis like you can on a smart phone. Also Dialpad is the one application that always stops me from shutting down by forcing me to quit first. It would be nice if I could shut my mac down without having to quit.
Dialpad FTW Pros: -Simplicity -User Interface -Audio quality -Text message feature Cons: -few integrations Overall: In my career I've used a few different desktop phone's but Dialpad thus far has been the clear winner. The interface is very friendly and easy to use and the audio quality has been better than other solutions in the past. I also really like the ability to send text messages as well! Gets the job done- some glitches Pros: Great UI, takes no time to integrate into your workflow. Love not having a phone desk! Cons: Drops calls more often that I'd like and does not ring when app is closed. Hard to remember to keep app open at all times Overall: Overall really easy to use, great UI. I love being able to take calls from anywhere that I have my computer or my phone. The forwarding feature is awesome. DialPad Great Application for Company Communication Pros: EASY, Good support. Cons: When I tell an application to quit, I don't want any back talk, dialogs, or confirmation buttons! Overall: I find DialPad quite handy for reaching out to people in the company either by voice, or text. The interface is simple and the notifications (in OS X) make it so I don't miss messages. Office anywhere in the world Pros: Convenience Cons: Sometimes the voice is garbled. Overall: I can work anywhere in the world as long as there is internet. I was even answering the phone while camping in northern Minnesota. Recommendations to other buyers: The time delay when answering a call.
Simply the Best desktop phone Comments: Very easy to use. You can screen calls, save numbers for future use as contacts, clear sound. if you are looking for an alternative to traditional phones, then dialpad is the one.
Great product Comments: Very handy tool. Great that it can be used via and app, and provides a mobile Direct dial number.
