I can't even begin to say how amazing this place was for us. I wish I could remember the names of the kind VA and vet that helped us, but the day was such a difficult time I sadly don't recall. My daughter and I brought in our boy Stellar to say goodbye. It was his time. He is reactionary to other dogs so it can be difficult to deal with public situations in general. They helped us when our usual veterinarian could not. The vet tech and vet were so friendly and patient getting every detail of our cat's medical history. Thank you for your help when we needed it most!

We just had the unfortunate experience of having to put our 14 year old cat down. We went to Diamond Vet as they were one of the only ones open on a late Saturday afternoon. We arrived there just before closing time, and rather than getting "pushed" through the system so they could leave on time, they spent over an hour addressing our concerns, answering our questions, and doing whatever they could to console us. We found them very knowledgeable and more importantly very caring. They will be our go to Vet from now on!!!!

My first experience was in 2022 in their ER when my cat had a severe reaction to vaccines given at another vet. I had to wait in the car the whole time but they stabilized her and gave me more meds for her to take home. They're no longer an ER and when my same cat had some scabs and bumps on her skin I know I didn't want to go to the previous vet so I picked here. I've been going to Diamond veterinary for years. I have always had a pretty good experience. I was able to go in for an appointment within three days of calling in. My dog had a little tumor on his chest. They did send out the results, and I got them back so fast and was so relieved that they were benign. My dog Dior has been having anal gland issues and what I thought was infected. Called diamond to see if I could get him in because I'm a worried dog mom lol. They gave me an estimated time of 2-4 hours but it ended up only being about an hour and a half! Very friendly staff and amazing efficiency. Dior will be okay and I am so thankful for their 24/7 service!

After one bad experience with a receptionist 3 years ago, I want to say that this morning my Tiny had a seizure and we brought him to Diamond . The ENTIRE staff was nothing but awesome!! Everyone was extremely caring and helpful!! I came in contact with several of the ladies and they all were outstanding. The best thing is our Tiny is ok and being discharged from the hospital!! THANK YOU DIAMOND VET for the great care !!
