rooms old and worn. tv remote faulty. toilet runs constantly. door key card stopped working. no shuttle as advertised.
The restaurants were excellent. That said, the rooms were very dirty and old, the pictures were very misleading. Also, the pictures of the gym and pool are misleading.
The tv had no reception, the ac was locked so you couldn’t adjust the temp and suffered thru the heat, the bathroom had hair in the tub and on the walls. The bed was comfortable
Péssima acomodação A experiência foi ruim. Não limpam os quartos, nem trocam as toalhas (mesmo colocando o cartão na porta). Não existe a possibilidade de cafe da manhã incluso.

Carpet in the room was FILTHY! I don't think it has been shampooed / cleaned since it was installed; it also had stains and tears. Commode was not secure. It wobbled while being used. Lost water pressure in the shower halfway through my shower. Had to go outside the hotel to get to the casino
