Very disappointed. We often stay at Casino Queen and use the shuttle to Battlehawks and Cardinal games. Prior to booking this stay i called the front desk to verify shuttle was running to the UFL championship game. I was told yes. When we checked in i asked again and was told yes again. We came down to the lobby to get our wrist bands and was told "shuttle starts 90 minutes prior to the game" About an hour before the game started, one of the young ladies from the front desk came out and told us that there would not be a shut... read more

Run!! Do not stay here! Pool is green, stains on the carpeting in the room, stains on the bed sheets, hallways reeked of weed, the only exercise equipment that worked was the 1 exercise bike! The two treadmills did not work, the stair stepper did not work, the elliptical did not work, they are missing hand weights, and the rowing machine directions are in Spanish only! I was not impressed at all and felt like the photos are an injustice. The carpets in the round were absolutely disgusting and we didn’t even dare to take our shoes off!
