Carpet was covered in stains. We stayed 3 nights and had NO maid service. We had to go to desk twice, once for toilet paper and again for garbage bags because room was not serviced at all. Also had a micro mini fridge( never saw one this small before). The shower head did not have a sprinkle setting, it was just a hole that had the pressure of a pressure washer. View from room was beautiful right across river from the Arch. Got to see it a lot since curtain rod was nonfunctional so you couldn’t close curtains tight.
The elevatora smelt like marijuana. Our room had hair balls in the room and bathroom. There were notes on rhe inside door of our rooms. The hotel seemed run down.. We will never stay there again!
This is a very old, dirty hotel. It is very convenient if you are going to Busch stadium. The carpets are stained everywhere. Halls amd the room. We had dirt/food crumbs as well as a dirty tub with mold in the corner and a used soap bar left behind from the previous tenant. Pool was out of order, bed lights were not working, poor quality furniture. Advertised as breakfast included however it was not.
I like that it is close to the train station, which makes my journey within town very easy. The staff is friendly and professional.
The beds were comfortable and newish but the carpet was absolutely disgusting. Stains anll over it and it smelled. Front desk staff in the morning was rude. Will not be staying here again

Elevator wasn’t working and we were denied use of the stairs. There was no available food in the area we resorted to the vending machine which was over priced and had visible mold inside. Floors had various stains may have been unicorn urine of some sort who knows. Others staying there for the night were loud and obnoxious. Rather lovely stay otherwise.

Nice view of the Arch but pass This place is a bit of a dump. I don't even think the carpet was vacuumed between stays. Heavily stained floors, wallpaper peeling off walls, and an outlet that didn't work and left my phone uncharged in the morning. Bed was fairly comfortable. But I wouldn't stay here again.
