When we checked in, we were informed that there was a $100.00 deposit required, no explanation, just give them your credit card. We checked in, then took the train across the river to watch the Cardinals play. After the game we returned to the hotel and went to sleep. In the morning we check out early and left for home. Most everything was good, I was charged $63.00 on top of my deposit, I got back but not the $63.00. THEY SAID IT WAS A THIRD-PARTY CHARGE, BUT THE CHARGE SHOWED THE CASINO QUEEN

The room was clean. Staff was OK. There was no breakfast like indicated when you booked the role and there is no housekeeping throughout your stay

Overall, the stay was good. Had a lot of fun at the casino until the next morning when fraudulent charges showed up on my credit card from the hotel.

Worst experience ever, room was not cleaned when I checked in. They gave me different room, even that was not cleaned. I called receptionist and they asked me if I wanted a clean room, I was blown away by that question. It was 12 at night, I gave up

How room was not worth what, I paid. Window dirty, fridge froze over. I was so shocked.
