Dwell was easy to schedule with for a quick turn around, including a last minute re-inspection. Fabian was detailed and organized, as well as friendly and helpful. I would recommend them and use them again!
Leah and Juan in the office were fantastic. Benji, our inspector spent a ton of time with us going over the entire report, then walking us around showing us exactly what was drawn up on the report and answered all questions. Truly was one of the best experiences we've had with a home servicer, nonetheless an inspector. They may be a bit pricier than other inspectors but you get what you pay for. Don't do it to yourself by cutting corners on a huge investment.
The guys at DwellInspect are the best in the business! They did an amazing job inspecting throughout a new home from flooring to ceiling. Subsequently, it allows us to make informed decisions about our home purchase. Clayton assisted with my inspection and was adamant about making sure my concerns were addressed. Along with telling me everything that wasn't as it should be, he told me ways it could be fixed and brought to the condition where it would not be a concern. Clayton made sure to pay attention to the details and document everything.
This wonderful inspection company does a sewer or septic scope, termite, and everything together. It's hasslefree, professional and absolutely state of the ART. They go over the inspection with your client and answer any questions that they might have. I highly recommend Zach.
These guys are microscope thorough from roof to septic drains hook up the the city municipalities. I would not buy a house in the greater Phx area without these guys on my side!
Andrew carried out a full inspection of our home before closing and delivered more than we could've asked for. He was extremely thorough and found several issues that we wouldn't have seen. He wrote a very detailed report with images and videos showing all of the issues he found. He also did a great job explaining his findings to us and why they could be issues long term. I would definitely recommend Andrew and the Dwell team team to anyone in the home buying process.
