Scare tactics and panic selling
Incompetent people, inadequate results. Poorly trained people!
We had not one, but two, appointments cancelled & then rescheduled.
We still have ants coming in !!!
Charged too much and produced a report that is unintelligible and looks really bad!

The service technician arrived without any knowledge of the areas of the house that needed to be treated. We printed him off a copy of the inspection report so he could acquaint himself with the issues. He as embarrassed, we were puzzled... After reviewing the report he addressed all of the areas in a thorough & professional manner. Ecola seems to be having issues as a whole with servicing our area. We were to;d exactly what to do to clean up the minimal mess made by a rat in our house (we had already gotten rid of the rat ahead of time). Robert walked through the house looking for any other signs of a rodent and found none.
