Joseph Wayman was excellent. He was very thorough in his inspection and did spot treating where it was necessary. After his visit, I sent pictures to him of flying bugs in the house that I had told him about. He came back, found the source and treated that. Joseph was very helpful and professional! I would have him back every year for my inspection! Thank you!
You asked $425 to get rid of a mouse in the house, but you would not even give me the guarantee that it will be gone. You have done a great job for my personal house for termites for years, but taking care of a mouse in the house with no guarantee didn’t seem reasonable.
I do not mind paying the $$$ yearly fee for the termite service because it gives me peace to know my house is protected from those da** insects! Also, when my Ecola inspector arrived he recognized my house! “Oh, I remember your house, you are the one with the patio cover situation!” His remark blew my mine! 2 yrs ago, a crew of 2 guys came out to check for termites. Termites treatment is waste of money and don’t work Pest control is doesn’t last and weak product
No inspection yet; delayed until next Thursday.
The technician arrived saw the sprinklers on and still sprayed. I can't believe the company still charged for the treatment, didn't offer to do it again and charged us a finance charge because we didn't want to pay the bill. Horrible company, beware! They advertise on a christian station The Fish but they certainly don't share christian views.
You never sent a report or receipt. If you did we did not receive it.
Tech arrived on time, used his ladder and light. Found the problem, and, drilled a few holes to insert a chemical that kills the termites. Thanks Ecola.
