The lady that came to measure my home and inspect was horrible. First she measured wrong, so if I did tent my house the amount of gas wouldn’t have been enough. Secondly she didn’t find any of the termite infestation areas two other companies plus my dad found! Worst company ever. I called and spoke to John the manager and he did absolutely nothing and no call back.

Tech never does my back yard. They always come when I am away. I have explained several times how they can open the gate and access the back yard. Yet each time there seems to be a tech who has never been to my property before and he can’t figure out how to open the gate.
The technician that came out went directly against our wishes. We expressly stated NO POISONS used on our property. He baited with poison anyway and lied about it until he returned a month later and admitted he used poison “at his discretion”. Will never trust this company again.
I have been using Ecola for over 30 years (heat treatment to kill the termites). Ecola keeps getting better. The termites are terminated every year with my Ecola service plan. Finally completed the identified termite damage repair this month.
I have cancelled the service
As usual top notch professional service.
What could I say, They came, They did their job,They left. All the worker were clean and friendly. Now here is the problem, nobody ask me for any money, I had to call them.
The Ecola rep was hours late for the initial appt with no call to notify us. The second scheduled appt was a no show with no call. We then called to reschedule. During the second visit when we were to be notified of all we needed to do to prepare for treatment I was told we needed to move the bark away from the house and move any potted plants. Called in almost everytime we have a service. Have specific instructions on file that is never followed. Always hoping the "next time" will be different.
