The treatment for subterranean termites was not completed and there was no communication to me as to why or if they would return to finish the job. Multiple holes that were drilled into the cement were left unfilled and the ones that were have rough uneven blobs protruding above the surface. I was told that they would be filled and then sanded flush with the cement and hardly be noticeable. This is not the case. And all the dust from drilling was left. I was told that the heat would reach the upper attic. About half way through the treatment I opened the crawl space above the stairs and could not feel any heat. If you tell me it was done right, then I guess it was
Always good service. You took care of my little 1909 clapboard house in Venice Beach, and now my 1926 stucco house in Ventura keeping the little wood eating bastards at bay. Responded quickly and effectively on an interim call for an attack on a newer, pine back door. I'm always satisfied.
Very professional inspection, but the bugs were here 6 weeks ago.
I still have pests around the house and pool area
I paid $2200 for termite work in August 2017. Around July 2019, I noticed evidence of termites where the last work was completed. However, I didn't realize at the time that the two year warranty expired by the time I reported it to Ecola in Sept. 2019. I asked Ecola, as a good will gesture to honor the warranty, but they refused. I don't think this is a company I want to do business with anymore.
We've paid for an annual inspection for 15 years and fixed everything that was found with termites. Now we've discovered 3 areas that are heavily infested with termites on the exterior of our house that has been missed for a very long time. It will cost us hundreds of dollars to fix. While we like the non-toxic treatment methods, the inspection is worthless if you never find the termites to treat!
Didn't vacuum up all the termites. Peeled rug back but now rug is damaged on edges. A week later termites still swarming in same location! Can't schedule until a week to 2 weeks later!
Tecnician asked what we needed and took care of business but did not tell us he was done so we could let the dogs out nor did he leave a bill. He was polite and asked what insect issues we were having.
