Dry termites disappeared after the treatment of Ecola Pests Control I will highly recommended this Company for pests problem
I have termite treatment and initial pest control treatment done the same day. Both services were fine, and I will see how the continued pest control service is.
The tenting was great however getting broken into and robbed of family heirlooms and having our home trashed was devastating. If we ever have to get tented again we will hire security.
This was an annual inspection for the warranty and the inspector arrived on time and thoroughly checked for any sign of termite activity and dry rot. Friendly attitude and professional.
Poor phone customer service ... never made it past a request for a proposal/inspection.
I was happy with the inspection but I asked that the inspector, Roberto Hernandez, get in touch with me to discuss the report. He didn't - and I called several times. This was very disappointing.
They were fast. They were stomping around on the roof. I don’t think they were careful. It already cost us $4,000 for a new half of a roof because another company broke tiles. I don’t know if any tiles were broken. They didn’t say, but if they are, the roof will leak and cause damage like what happened with the other company. Also some one got in our refrigerator and took a beer. I didn’t like that either. That is theft. It makes me wonder if they took something else.
I had a coupon but it wasn’t honored because I didn’t show it during the estimate. Bad business procedure.
