The workers arrived 1 1/2 early. The inspector only found what I showed him, yet there was about 80 to 85% damage on the balcony; I was told holes that they made would be covered, so far I have seen 2 small holes, but because the workers did not do the holes that I can see, I am wondering if there are more holes that I can't see. Also, I was not told that I had an option of tenting the whole house, so that it would take care of everything. Still was bitten by spiders.
We had a problem with my understanding of the treatment of the localized effected areas. You sent out two of your people the next day and the problem was resolved when it turned out that I had not received the complete work report. Your people supplied the report to me at that time which took care of my misunderstanding of the problem.
We have a yearly inspection for two houses and Ecola does a thorough job checking for signs of infestation. If something arises during the year they are very prompt in taking care of any problems.
FAR MORE EXPENSIVE THAN PREVIOUS PEST CONTROL SERVICES. THE SECOND VISIT FOLLOW-UP GUY WAS HERE FOR ONLY 10 MINUTES. DIDN'T SEEM ADEQUATE TIME FOR RE-SPRAY.
My only problems w Ecola 1. I didn’t know everything needed to be taken from garage walls for inspector & 2. Completed report, with all pages, took 45 days to arrive in mail. Inspector & treatment man were fine.
Seemed like the warranties that were purchased didn't cover problems that incurred.
I don't have complaints with your technician that showed up May 23, although he seemed upset we asked him to spray a certain area where he said: "already had mentioned to us couldn't" . His attitude changed eventually, more courteous before he left. But... . I am disappointed how your technician did not show up on our previous schedule which was May 8, 2019. No calls from anyone until I called to find out what where he was? . I was told by one of your CSR that your tech "texted" your manager that he was not going to make it.... read more
I didn’t care for the rep, he was not into it at all. I didn’t care for his attitude.
