Nobody came ,we re waiting,but nobody informed us that nobody is coming.very disappointed!
For our in escrow inspection, your inspector Ben, gave us a written report that stated we needed only to treat attic with heat at a cost of $1700. After 5-7 hr treatment was completed, we were informed that the treatment technicians Omari noted subterranean termites and a small area of dry rot not noted by the inspector. We would have to treat these (additional $900 + cost of contractor to address dry rot) before paperwork could be given to escrow. Your pest control is adequate, but your rodent service was completely inadequate. Also, I have regular conversations with your office staff about correctly recording my payments and will cancel your service if this continues.
No Concerns
Confusion and last minute changes about fumigation
We had the worst ant problem and I just couldn’t get them to stop coming in the house on my own. Thanks to Ecola, we haven’t seen one since we started using them! I am comforted by the fact that no chemicals have been used. I highly recommend their services!
The inspector told me that there were some minor infestation area that he treated and all was fine. In the written report all is not fine. He recommended that repairs be done to the sheathing in several places, that beetles had damaged wood in the garage that could be looked at. I was here when this inspection was done and asked questions. The report states that holes were made so treatment could be sprayed in.
