Yeah you guys just showed up and yr guy did the front of our house without permission. We need the backyard done and not until the rain is over.
Don't use them
Don't use this company . Their customer service is not there. They would not return calls and just use robo calls to get you to pay. Three calls in two minutes, but the supervisor would NEVER talk to us to correct their over billing. We paid the over change and said never to contact us again, but they keep e-mailing and sending post cards to schedule our next service. I just called and demanded to talk to someone in charge and he said "It's just a matter of calling to schedule our next service "
Joe does an excellent job but the company failed to notify of a HUGE increase of 20% that showed up in the bill less than 2 weeks before the end of the service year. Wow, that is out of line with the cost of living of 2% for 2018. Because of Joe, I gave you 4 stars, otherwise base on the company price change with no notice I would have given 1 star. If a reasonable price increase of even twice the cost of living increase with appropriate notification had been given, I would have given 5 stars.

We had termites in our attic last year and, because my family is sensitive to chemicals, chose Ecola's heat treatment option. We were able to remain in our home during the treatment making it only slightly inconvenient. When Ecola recently did their annual inspection there were no termites anywhere in our home. We have canceled our other termite protection coverage and are now Ecola customers.
Inspection process was good. Problem with scheduling inspection. Inspection was for morning of December 4, but inspector didn’t show up. When I called office I was told that they had the inspection scheduled for December 11. I was upset since I waited for inspector. I wanted a supervisor to call me back, but, I Never received a call. Inspector did show up on December 11, but I wasn’t aware that he was going to. I just happened to be home when he arrived.
Very disappointed. Had to wait 3 weeks for ban appointment and when they came, there were no more signs of activity. If they don't come ASAP next time I will be looking for a new service.
