Customer service gets a failing grade. Several times we were told we'd get a phone call back in a few days and NEVER did. We were told it would take about three weeks after a treatment for the ants to be gone. We even left for a week and came home to ants. We had someone come back to retreat about 63 days after first treatment and were billed for it as a quarterly after we were told it wouldn't be charged. Again we were told the supervisor would phone us regarding fee and we haven't heard back.
Knocked out working termites in our wood ceiling with your e-gun. No evidence of new infiltration to date. Assisted by Luis (Louie). Not listed below.
Heat and borate got rid of those pests. No tenting. Yea!

I am very upset with your company. I keep having termites in my house even after having your service and having people from your company come in once a month and still having termite. I would not recommend your company to anybody.
COMPLETE COMMUNICATION FAILURE!!!! NO FOLLOW UP. Incompetent staff. NO SERVICE!!!! THE WORST! I'm posting on google next. WHY DON'T YOU FOLLOW UP? CALL ? SHAMEFUL!!!!!!! Michael Kay was great. My service has been absolutely unacceptable since you promoted him and he doesn't service the account. I tell everyone I can.... NEVER NEVER NEVER USE ECOLA!!!!!! I like your service, but I'm not a big fan of being raised and not being told about it until I got my bill! I have had home monthly service from past companies for the past 40+ years and I sincerely believe that your premium monthly is very expensive! If it's not brought back to what I have been paying, I will have to look elsewhere for my monthly service!
Everything was good except a near knockwd down web sweep was left laying on patio
I have used you in the past for both termites and ants. I have been fairly happy with your service. The gentleman who came this past summer to spray for ants and spiders was prompt, professional, and polite. However, when it came to the termite inspection in August, I was very frustrated with the scheduling. I dealt with 3 different women in the office who called to reschedule 4 times.
