Will NEVER stay at this property again!!! Room smelled like cigarettes. VERY noisy with street noise. Isolated, felt slightly unsafe. Shower head was low, hit me mid-chest. TV remote did not work, took 2-3 hrs for housekeeping to respond. Room was dark and small, not good natural light.

We have always stayed at the Nugget (twice a month) and wanted to try something new. Mistake! 1-The room was too small 2-No place to sit that was comfortable 3-TV did not carry the Thursday NFL game 4-The entire floor had an overwhelming smell from the Japanese Grill which was not pleasant 5-Left money for housekeeping to receive additional towels that we did not receive. It was just eh….. The person behind the counter that hated being there. Not to be anything more than just a description, he had a rag on his head. He just didn’t show any enthusiasm what so ever. Eh…. It was just O.K.

Bad The front desk person took a very long time to check me in; she needs more training. Old, dated and the elevators are very very slow; I tried to walk down but was trapped because the doors were locked.
