Our exper at the Eldorado We stayed there 2 times over a week. First stay was fine, other than other guests being very loud at all hours of the night and slamming doors to boot. The second was not good. The first room given had a very strong smell of pot, we asked for a new accommodation which had a thermostat that was not operational, it was way too hot for us. A technician had to come late at night to fix it. Location, restaurants and free parking

Bad The staff was rude.The place was a mess, they up charged for every little extra.Thing that they never did before.Their price is terrible for the service that you get. It\nWas nice staying downtown

Everything in the room was broken falling apart or didn’t work when ask for maintenance took 30min to a hour to reply Everything in the room was broke. Falling apart or didn’t work Everything was close to the hotel

Great other than the valet Service Parking wasn’t obvious. I had to park illegally to figure out where to park. Did valet do when I called in the morning to get my bags brought down the night shift didn’t pass the information to the day shift and after almost an hour of waiting I called back and no one knew I had called. There needs to be a better process of handling off shift information. Location, how clean it was. Comfortable beds. Room was quiet despite being downtown Reno.

We have stayed here many times and attended many shows and this was our worse experience. Not again! See above comment. The reserved room was too small and the view was ugly. We have NEVER stayed in a room that small for the price and it was worse than a cheap motel. I went to the desk to get a better room and they complied.........of course..........for a higher price. Also the first desk clerk who gave us the small room was VERY Rude as she does not know how to talk to people. I am sure she works well with a cell phone!

This hotel isn't keeping up with maintenance or staffing the front desk enough. The rooms are old. Check-in was terrible. The kiosk didn't work for me and made me see an employee. There was only one person working the front desk and a lot of people trying to check in. The entire hotel smells terrible, like that spray they use to try and make things smell good...way too strong and overwhelming. The room had cracks in the counter and tissue box.
