Unsatisfied guest. Paid in full on-line. Was not given the room I paid for. Front desk employee was very rude. Told me their rooms are never guaranteed. It first come first served. Paid for a king mini suite. Given a 2 queen bed room. Had to talk to manager. Manager told her to override it. Gave us a king bed ,but not the room I paid for. Also my husband asked them to charge the room to his credit card so they did. I was never given my refund for already paying it on-line. Probably won't stay on the strip again. Virginia Street is VERY run down.

easy location but prefer the Silver Legacy elevators were confusing. room location was difficult to find because the signage was terrible. for the price, room was not that nice. I liked the view

Badly First of all I pay a lot of money for luxury room facing the city and the mountains, I never got that room. This website is not trusty!!!!!! Stole my money, the room was dirty, blanket dirty, carpet had blood spots. Very bad experience for almost $400 Ntg

Disappointing The hotel smelt of cigarette smoke, wasn't an upgraded room as I had anticipated (not high quality), took 24hrs for shower to be unclogged after two requests at the front desk. Rang for information regarding the closed pool, and never got a call back from reception as promised. No functioning jacuzzi Location was good Housekeeping did a good job each day Pool was warm when open.
