Your front desk clerk ruined my mood for my stay. Very rude. Didn't smile. Avoided eye contact The front desk clerk not wearing a name tag with an attitude The atmosphere

Will not use in the future Bathroom was terrible. Shower head was too low. It hit you in the middle of your body. The tub filled with water and did not drain. Bathroom was cold and never warmed up. No working table space. Coffee table was filled with coffee maker wih no room to write or use personal computer. View was of the roof of the building

It was okay. Our toilet was broken, and no one brought us toilet paper. The view form the hotel room.

Bad The room was a non-s m owing room stunk of cigarettes. The heat didn't work was chilly all nite. Lamps at bedside were broke & didn't work. We got up in the morning to find the shower fixtures broken so no shower. Location

Fair Heater didn't work so rm was cold. No vent or fan to allow any air flow. Pictures made the rm appear bigger than it actually was. Not soundproof! Large gaps under the doors that made it possible to hear everything outside our rm and others as we walked down the hall Enjoyed being able to travel the row since we were snowed in for the visit being able to enjoy all 3 casinos was nice
