Buyer Beware. The wait to check-in was an hour long. Only to get to our hotel room to have the air conditioner running non-stop. Having to wait an additional 30 mins.to exchange rooms, we were just glad to call it a night. We received a credit for the issue but could only use it at the restaurants and not anything else inside the casino. Really dated. Everything is really old and smelly
Maybe Over crowded that weekend, no valet barely any parking and AC waa NOT working property.
Hot February Nights Great place, excellent service, but the air conditioner in my room was broken and blowing hot air all night. By 5:00am my room was so hot I had to prop the door open and call the front desk. Probably about 90 F. An engineer had to come up and correct a mechanical issue. I realize this was a fluke - but it was an awfully uncomfortable experience. I’d stay again - hopefully my next experience is better!

The staff was friendly, but we found a bug on the bed which wasn’t very pleasant, we let staff know & got a new room.
