Fair I don't like getting charged extra fees after I already paid in full ahead of time! Resort fees and taxes should have already been paid! B.S!!! Nothing good was open! Couldn't even get a Margarita?

Very Poor Bed was terrible. Sloped on one side other bed sunken in the center. Check out should have been easier. Last minute charges on top of over priced room was ridiculous Friendly staff. Common areas clean

Won't be telling anyone to stay there if I won't. Called in afternoon and they said the exact room i had made for was ready. When we arrived all king beds non smoking were taken. All they had left was king smoking or a king suite that they wanted to charge me another 140 dollars for when thwy gave my room away. Finally got a room with 2 queens and it was very loud. Didn't sleep well. But no one would make it right. When I make reservations for king non smoking thats what I expect. Not for someone to tell me it is not guarant... read more
