Website description inaccurate... The room we got was not the one in the picture. We got a very old run down room that was smaller and had 2 beds instead of a King. There was no room service even though the rest of the world has restored some form of it post Covid. We will not stay here again.
We paid a $40 resort fee. In my opinion this is inappropriate for a late checking/max departure overnight stay. Not one of their amenities was remotely usable in the middle of the night. We literally slept only.
Not the best for wheelchair accessibility The front desk lady could see my husband was in a wheelchair, I even told them when I booked the room. The desk lady gave me the wrong key 3 times at one point the elevator decided.to only go where the last person was going leaving my husband in a wheelchair 4 floors down not knowing where I was. On the other hand, it was nice, we've stayed there several times and will continue too.
Parking is terrible. The room was OK but the shower was designed for someone 4 feet tall. We had to switch rooms and then had to wait for maintenance in the new room to fix the air conditioner.
Bad service I paid for a nice room they they send me to the basement literally
A little disappointing The air conditioning did not seem to work. The bed was not comfortable. Room was quiet. Coffee maker was nice.
