Good enough I requested to be in a non smoking room. I understand that it's hard to get away with being inside a casino but I didn't expect to smell smoke in the hallway and closed to my room. I wish your buffet was back as well. By far the best in reno The fact that everything is within walking distance it's very convenient when traveling with family.

Worst customer service with a dose of racism Racial discrimination. We were road weary after our rental car broke down. Disheveled and not at our best. My life partner is native American and has long hair. Management wouldn't even look at us while talking to us and we were lied to. Didn't even get the room we reserved because of a "fee" that was not disclosed until after we paid. Clean and has restaurants
