Shower was built for little people, blood stain on my sheets, had issue with my keys twice 2nd time lady at front desk was rude. I will stay at different place next visit.

Trotz Pauschalpreis wurde noch eine Ressortfee aufgeschlagen, diese war im Vorfeld nicht ersichtlich, erst nach der Buchung wurde diese Pauschale per Mail mitgeteilt, die Buchung war dann aber nur noch bei voller Kostenübernahme stornierbar. überteuert und nicht empfehlenswert.
Wrong room configuration Used the electronic check in as reservations staff was busy. Reserved a King room and was given two Queens. Not good or what I wanted. Not worth the trouble to go back down and get another room. Look forward to your response.
The lady at the front desk was rude and the toilets disnt flush
Noisy Room. Noisy Room. Machinery on room noise and vibration was awful. Hardly got any sleep.
