Very Poor The staff was rude. I asked for a non-smoking room and it smell like smoke when u walked into my room. We walked down stairs to gamble on the machines and politely asked for water and a coke. The waitress asked where we are sitting (we were walking around playing on multiple machines, bot just one) we waited a long time and had to ask her again when she seemingly just walked by us, she finally brought us the one coke and one water bottle, however the coke was watered down like someone put coke at the bottom then ad... read more

Very Poor The rooms old I have to sleep with a machine could not find a outlet there were behind mattres old outlets bathroom look like the seventies! This Hotel is old needs remodeling very old needs to be updated for the price!

Bad The lousy rooms you get when you check in because your treated like trash on the bottom of the totem pole. Not much, misrepresentation of rooms. What you see, you don't get. I looked at a dam parking garage 4 days watching torpedoes go up and down. Some dam surprise for my spouses 73rd birthday

Very Poor Room was not what I paid for, Luxury room with a view of mountains or city, instead I had a view of a white sphere. Both dinners I had were poor at best.

Bad Homeless people literally surround all four sides of the hotel. Felt very UNSAFE. Unless you are staying there for the sole purpose of gambling, do NOT stay here!!! To add insult to injury, I waited 35 minutes AFTER the scheduled pick-up time for the Airport Shuttle. Absolutely, no effort was made by the hotel staff to give me accurate updates. I would give this HOTEL a ZERO out of five. YUCK!
