Horrible service Very disappointed when we checked into our room we did not have cell service and there was no Wi-Fi networks available when I called the desk they said that maintenance would be up shortly to fix the problem. We literally got a call an hour before our check out from maintenance.
I was highly unimpressed by the The Eldorado in Reno. Bad food, run down hotel, dingy room, uncomfortable bed, and it took 10-15 minutes to get warm water in the shower. Note: "warm" not hot. I wouldn't recommend staying there.
Sad You know I thought since I would be right on the strip. That I was really getting an amazing deal because eldorado was supposed to be at top-notch hotel. But I got something I could have got on 4th Street to beds dingy no view and it just was not what I would expect from one of the highest ranked hotels in Reno. I will not stay here again Stains on the roof, long check in, and very little water out of the shower head
Not likely to return. Check in did not go so well. Hotels.com "overbooked" the specific room that we had reserved. I don't understand why there were such limited rooms. Most of the elevators smelled strongly of smoke and parking structure was pretty packed. Housekeeping honored the do not disturb sign the 1st night, then did not return the other 2 nights even with the sign down. Didn't get the room that I reserved. Was put in a room that was run down. Nothing about the room was good. Showerhead sprayed water everywhere, electrical outlets in bathroom wouldn't hold plugs. Just one of the worst rooms I've stayed in.
