Edificio en muy mal estado. Las habitaciones llenas de humo de cigarrillo a pesar de haber pedido non smoking room. El personal casi inexistente para servicio de atención al cliente. Un hotel en decadencia total
1ST TIME VISIT...LAST TIME VISIT During my stay the escalators were not working, elevators were being serviced, my room was supposedly to be deluxe king but it wasnt, and the shower backed up after every shower
Had a horrible experience using Caesar Eats.No one would answer phone when trying to check on order. one meal never arrived.
This property unfortunately did not stand up to their own cancellation policy. Property was contacted about this and still refused to deliver satisfactory customer service. We have stayed at this property for many years but will not be staying there in the future. Unfortunate they don’t value customer service. This experience will be shared with others so they don’t experience the same poor customer treatment. I cannot recommend this property any longer. Unsatisfied
$20 to check-in 1 hr early ridiculous. &48 for resort fee ridiculous. Fromt desk agent very sour with no smile. Looked miserable at her job. Hair dryrr not eorking. Bed way too soft to the point you sink in. Coffee shop great servers and service. Ridiculous minimum bets too high. Not enough tables open.
Really old hotel. Pretty dirty all around.
