event I attended was fabulous not sure I would stay at this facility again stadium lights shined into room all night long, 9th floor room view not appealing,no room service, room upgrade offered and chosen would hate to see what original room I booked would have been like. carpets need replaced and or restreched.liability issue, location

I'll never stay there again The smell of pillows and water Very bad! awful!! The food aweful!! Towels and wash clothes had laundry soap reschedule in them. The staff was polite and helpful.

Fair Not to clean outside. Downtown Reno is very run down. The city and the casino owners/ corporations need to come together and fix the dirty streets building facades make it more welcoming.

See above See above… A/c needed to be called on & fixed first day…food was good in the “row” but unable to order larger drinks due to “glassware shortages” in numerous locations w/I the row location restaurants. Rates were excessively high considering the room we booked on the w/e. Cleaning staff considerate & kind. Check in was quick w/friendly staff. Waitresses very limited while playing slots in entire “row” area. Location was excellent, appreciate of free ramp parking. Overall it was a good experience…
