Too small, terrible view, terrible parking. Good Casino For premium room to have to look at a big eye sore out your window, and the rooms are so small, the doors to bathroom pray your not obese my goodness. And the parking, that was another nightmare, elevators were so small and slow just not good. Casino area was very nice, food was all amazing but I paid for the room and will jever stay again
Their check in process is a self check in process. Long lines with 2 checkin/out stations. Horrible process.
Stay Away From The Eldorado Arrived at the hotel parking garage. Waited for elevator for about 15 minutes to take us to hotel. Apparently the elevators are not working, but there is no signage stating so. Luckily another group of people alerted us to it not working. Made it down 4 flights of steps to the skywalk bridge leading ro the hotel. We were feeling better at this point. We arrived at the front desk, nobody was there. When I checked in on 8/31/23 I had problems with my reservations. I had to deal with the rudest most incompetent desk manager. She had purple hair. I will never stay with you again. Elevators and escalators we constantly broken.
Room smalled like a chimney even thouth it was nonsmoking. Front deskbis rude and condescending. Front desk does not answer phone calls from the room. Wont be back
Place sucks The spa didn't work so they moved me to silver legacy which there spa didn't work
