Poor Had to pay for 1 hour early check in $25 Had to pay for valet $10 after tip was expensive. NO ROOM SERVICE could barley get to the toliet because of the shower design. anyone over 250 lbs could not do it. No fan in the toliet. Safe broken Bed was horrible felt like a water bed, wave action when partner moved and very lumpy. Table games were too expensive Wall paper pealing in bathroom I will never stay there again. The room was outdated and did not have an honor bar as described. When I called to make sure that the pool was open they told me that it was. About a week later I was reading some reviews and one of the reviews mentioned that the pool was closed so I called again. This time I was told the pool was closed. When I tried to cancel my reservation I was not allowed so I reluctantly went there. One of the main reasons I like to stay in a hotel is to swim so I wasn’t very happy. Over all, it was disapointing. AC didn't work. Stayed 6 days and our room was never cleaned. Had to ask for clean towels & wash cloths. There wasn't enough room to sit at the table. Location and shower.

All in all, we had a fairly good time. We were a bit disappointed in the room. Furniture was worn and mattress, pillows uncomfortable and definitely in need of replacement. We liked the location and what they had to offer as far as entertainment and food.

Literally DYING for updates Arrived a bit early and most hotels will allow you to check in, if your room is available. Not this place! There was certainly availability but there was an up charge to do so. Which was super ridiculous aa the desk staff sat around doing nothing and then suddenly had a HUGE line at check in time. The room was so outdated and worn out, it would make the shabby motels down the street look like a better option. Super disappointed. I won’t stay there again. I had a 4th floor king smoking room. The bed was awful, the bathroom lighting was useless, unless you have night vision. Roxy’s restaurant. Excellent lobster.
