Elephant Insurance is a scam and they fabricate findings. They doubled my insurance claiming that their underwriting department could not find that I had insurance from 9/17 of 2014 to August of 2016! When I called to speak to someone in the underwriting department I was informed that they basically don't have one! I had to do my own work to do proof of coverage and they still tried giving me an outrageous premium which still almost $100 more than what they quoted me to even go with there insurance company. Worst Insurance Co ever they continued to send emails on stuff that I already signed cancel policy by mistake after two weeks try to raise my policy because said I didnt sign paper dening the pip then After more problems I cancelled policy in writing on Sept 29th and on Oct 7th took 649.00 dollars out of my acct and refused to give my money back because I didnt call in they dont care about customers and scamed me out of my hard earned money and lied there way out of not refunding me money they know they owe Me.

I was hit by a customer of elephant insurance and had nothing but terrible service. The adjuster Mr. H***** is extremely rude and even want as far as mocking me. It's been over a week and I have not received any service to my car.

Elephant insurance is a joke. Every single month I have issues with them and I have to call customer service. Then I speak to someone different everytime. They never listen and constantly screw up my account. They double charged me even after I told the girl TWICE to make sure payment only went through once. She was rude and sarcastic like I was the crazy one. When I've had nothing but issues with them why would I not make sure? I got screwed anyway. This insurance company is not personable at all!! Terrible and dishonest insurance company! When you have a claim they will try to find any possible loophole to get out of paying.

It's been over two weeks since my wifes car was struck in the front by a Virginia driver. The accident occurred in ********** **** as she was on her way to work. Initially the process seemed to roll along as it should, however after the first week passed and my insurance company verified the other driver was at fault-as was admitted by the driver himself, Elephant Insurance ceased to answer my phone calls or return a call. Thumbs up to the physical damage supervisor, Michael W*****! This gentleman went over and beyond with some issues I had from an evaluation and assuring that he as a manager reviewed my claim and provided a just resolution. I cannot stress more my many thanks to him for him resolving my concern. This speaks volumes when it comes to customer loyalty.

This company should not be in business. Their client ran into my daughters car, admitted in front of her and another motorist witness that he was at fault. After my daughter filed the claim she received nothing but the run around for weeks. Constant busy signals and no call backs. Even after the witness validated that he has 100% no doubt that their client was at fault they refused to pay for the claim. This company and their client have no morals or sense of honor.

This is the worst insurance company I've ever seen in my life. They take money out of your account without your permission. The customer service is very unprofessional, and didn't take the time to resolve the issue. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this horrible insurance company.
