Thumbs up to the physical damage supervisor, Michael W*****! This gentleman went over and beyond with some issues I had from an evaluation and assuring that he as a manager reviewed my claim and provided a just resolution. I cannot stress more my many thanks to him for him resolving my concern. This speaks volumes when it comes to customer loyalty.
This company should not be in business. Their client ran into my daughters car, admitted in front of her and another motorist witness that he was at fault. After my daughter filed the claim she received nothing but the run around for weeks. Constant busy signals and no call backs. Even after the witness validated that he has 100% no doubt that their client was at fault they refused to pay for the claim. This company and their client have no morals or sense of honor.
This is the worst insurance company I've ever seen in my life. They take money out of your account without your permission. The customer service is very unprofessional, and didn't take the time to resolve the issue. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this horrible insurance company.
I started my policy in march. In April the underwriting department billed me for $657. My original premium was $352. The supervisor Bonnie stated it was because of 1 speeding ticket I was being charged a new deposit and a new premium. I called about that among other things then 15 minutes after talking to them I get a notice saying because I am an uber driver I am in non renewal status. Be aware this insurance company charge $30 for late payment. Customer service ***** and your waiting time will be more than 45 minutes.
