********************* was pleasant and convenient. The unit is nice, has all the amenities and is just steps from the beach. The location in Crescent Beach makes getting to restaurants, attractions and general shopping easy. There was even an ice cream shop within walking distance! We'll probably rent this unit again in the future.

Overall, we had a good stay and enjoyed the property. During our visit, the air conditioning stopped working, but Elliott Realty responded promptly and had it repaired within two hours, which we greatly appreciated./r/n/r/nThe ice maker was also not functioning. This home was a great space for a family of five (3 adults, 2 teenage children). Excellent location for getting to lots of attractions of interest. An easy five-minute walk to the beach. The community felt safe, although there is lots of foot traffic in the area. The check-in receptionist was very cordial. The house was generally clean; however, we were surprised by the number of dishes and silverware that we needed to wash prior to use. This was our 4th time staying here at this property. The layout is exactly what we were looking for to accommodate our party of 20. A bunk room for the kids with a tv room to keep them entertained is a great amenity. Other amenities that we have found as a must is 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, an elevator for unloading and loading vehicles and of course the easy beach access. Overall a great experience and time. Being on the 4th floor was nice, beautiful views from each balcony. Cozy and comfortable living spaces and beds. Only negative experiences were being woken up at 2am to an alarm for the sprinkler system busting and flooding. A couple of stray large bugs. Weird light switches/lighting. The balcony sliding doors are pretty difficult opening and closing. Regardless, would still probably return again.

Elliot ********************** was great to us and found us beautiful place to stay. Thank you for your kindness. ******************** is so beautiful. The only down fall is no elevator and so many steps. On Sat you leave and have to take whatever left over garbage you have.

Fabulous as always. Friendly, courteous, caring staff. Always willing to help in any way possible. We checked out early this time so didnt see the front desk staff before we left to say thank. Cleaning crew is awful. Floors was nasty. Had to clean ourselves. It had hair ***** in it, an covered in sand. The condo was good. It wasn/'t to crowded the pool was nice an grounds keeper very nice. Cleaning crew was awful.
