The property location (Shore Beats the Heat) was perfect for beach access! We could see the beach from the front porch and literally walk across the street to get there. The back porch offered a beautiful view of the channel, perfect for relaxing. The pool looked great as well; it was just a bit too chilly outside for us to enjoy it this time.Parking was excellent and easily accommodated all of our vehicles, including a few larger SUVs. My wife is mostly wheelchair bound and we didn/'t get out much while at the beach, but we did enjoy our time there. We had some issues with the dryer and the washer, but Elliott had the issues resolved very quickly. There was a crew of people redoing the walkways by removing the carpet and putting down an epoxy-like substance along with a sand-like substance. Long story short, we were blocked in our room for the first two days and couldn/'t get out to buy groceries, so it was a good thing that we brought a few things down wi... read more

This house is located in a beautiful area. The ***** view is wonderful to watch the birds come in. Close enough to the beach that its not a hassle to get there, but far enough that you dont have as much traffic going around the house. I know we didnt order linens with our rental but it wouldve been nice to know that the linen closet was going to be locked. I didnt expect the linens in there, but we did plan on storing ours in there. Did have a few cleaning items that couldve been addressed a little bit better but all in all ... read more

Great location! We checked in and the house was clean and beds made (our last rental made us get linens from a bag and make our own beds). Kitchen was well equipped and organized (every drawer and cabinet labeled, which made finding items very simple). Overall, house and furniture were in good condition. We all agreed this was the nicest house we've rented so far. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. We will be booking this house for next year's family vacation!

Our family stayed at a beach condo over Christmas time into the new year, the place was clean and had a lot of space for our family. we enjoyed the indoor pool. The condo also has a geat view of the ocean. Our family enjoyed this so much and loved being in one place. We are now going to start doing this every year. Thanks Elliott.
